Founded in 2009 in Bhubaneswar with expanding offices in New Delhi and Rourkela, Creative Studio and Associates (CSA) is driven by a passionate team involved from concept inception through final site completion.

Chitrasen Parida co-founded Creative Studio & Associates in 2009 to bring world-class architectural design and construction expertise under one roof. He brings distinguished academic and professional authority, having taught at eminent institutions including Sharda University, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, and Piloo Mody College of Architecture.

1 - 5 Years Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of BDA / BMC Construction Bye-Laws and sanction drawings.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling using SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Rhino, or 3Ds Max.
- Prior experience in interior detailing and working drawings will be preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with structural engineers and site supervisors.
Civil Engineer
0 - 3 Years Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of civil estimation, quantity surveying, and structural design principles.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural and technical construction drawings.
- Supervision of concrete pouring, brickwork, finishing quality, and material testing on site.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors and project leads.
Interior Designer
1 - 5 Years Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Experience in translating client briefs into 3D concept renders and mood boards.
- Research and selection of materials, lighting fixtures, hardware, and furniture.
